Antonio Spence is an accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in the fields of Insurance, Pensions, Banking, and Investment Advisory. Serving as the Senior Assistant General Manager at NCB Insurance Agency and Fund Managers (NCBIA), he has made significant contributions to the industry over his 20-year career.
 
Throughout his career, Mr. Spence has held various senior management positions within the insurance and banking sectors. In his current role at NCBIA, Mr. Spence has oversight of all aspects of the business inclusive of pension, insurance, creditor life, and employee benefits.
He is a results-oriented individual whose track record of excellence speaks for itself. His remarkable achievements include a substantial increase in pension revenues over 3 years, growing the funds under management to approximately $120 billion. He also drove NCBIA's largest annuity performance in financial year 2022, with over $4 billion in annuities booked and is currently leading the digital transformation of pension services with the recent launch of NCB’s Pensions Portal.
 
Between 2018 to 2020, in his capacity as Senior Vice President of Insurance Revenues at NCB Insurance Company, Mr. Spence led the development of all insurance revenue streams and achieved remarkable results. Under his leadership, profits reached $7 billion with a remarkable compound annual growth rate of 38% over five years.
Antonio Spence is a respected leader whose impressive track record and commitment to excellence continue to make a lasting impact on the financial industry. Within his core functions, his teams are known to produce multiple team members earning the title of Insurance Advisors of the Year. In addition, his diverse expertise is exemplified by his involvement in key committees such as the National Commercial Bank's Assets & Liabilities Committee, Pension Investment Management Committee, and Real Estate Management Committee.
 
His journey to success began with his education at Calabar High School for Boys and the University of the West Indies. Mr. Spence holds a B.A. and an MBA, which have undoubtedly enriched his strategic and leadership abilities.
 
Outside of his professional achievements, Mr. Spence finds fulfillment in family life, being a dedicated husband and father who enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones.

Christopher Vendryes

Sales Manager, B.A., M.Sc.

Christopher has 13 years in the Financial Industry specifically in sales and marketing. 

Mr. Vendryes joined NCB Jamaica in 2006 as a Project Officer and transitioned through the Marketing and Foundation arms of the Company until 2014 where he transitioned from Senior Marketing Officer, NCB Jamaica Limited to Sales Manager, NCBIC. He continues to be a sales expert for the Company where he now also leads the MultiChannel Team.
